I do not like Islay Scotch! I abhor most of them. A friend had me try this. The initial aroma smelled like another overpowering smoky Islay that made me think I was about to be chewing on peat. But when I tasted it, . . Wow! That's really good. It's quite mellow and very pleasant. I immediately went online and bought a bottle. Give this one a try. You may be surprised.
Rare Islay 110 proof at great value.
An Islay whisky that can be difficult to find in stock. Well priced, smooth, sweet. Fans of Bowmore and Bruichladdich should try this one.
Must have 55% ABV.
Great value. Peaty, but not too much. Smooth and bright. Citrus nose, clean finish.
