My wife's favorite bourbon
I was a solo bourbon drinker in my home until my wife tried Knob Creek. Her journey over the last couple years with this bourbon has led to a bartending class, experiments with Old Fashions, mules and other seasonal bourbon drinks at home, and neighborhood bourbon tastings. While she will "settle" for other bourbons now if we are out, it is required we always have a full bottle on the shelf at home for her perfected smoked Old Fashions.
Return to Knob Creek
I think Knob Creek 9 Year Small Batch is one of those whiskies that enthusiasts often try when they're getting into whiskey, but then forget about as they move on to explore higher-end bourbons, Scotches, etc. But dang it if this isn't a yummy bourbon! Good neat, great on the rocks, and a strong candidate for any bourbon cocktail. And for the price, why *wouldn't* you want a bottle of this on-hand all the time?
