I'm hoping for a chance to get my hands on a bottle of Glendronach Cask Strength Batch 8; and am disappointed that you're out of Talisker and Old Ballantruan--though I realize this has more to do with availability than with the curation of your selection. The only thing that was a little off this time was order tracking. You advised that tracking would not become available until the order was out for delivery. I tried for three days and the Tracking ID number was never found. The third day my order showed up at my door without ever having been trackable. That was certainly OK with me; but I thought you might like to know that the tracking system isn't quite working.. These are small points; Overall; many thanks for your great customer service!

Hi guys; I have to say; I was very happy with the process. I was ordering a bottle for my dad and had resigned myself to ground shipping getting to him after 2 weeks or so. Then I saw the shipping alert and saw the bottle would arrive in just a few days. Freaking awesome! You guys underpromised and way over delivered! Thank you for that! With any luck he enjoys the libation but that part has absolutely nothing to do you. Cheers!
