I had another great experience with lovescotch. I always go through 'Dorey(sp?) because I like ordering with a person rather than online. Due to MY recipient not being around to sign for the 2 attemptsit was finally delivered on the third try. Worth the wait. My recipient sent me a video with him sipping the Jameson!

I also appreciated the fact that LoveScotch requires customers to undergo a credit card verification process; and was duly impressed when the customer service department followed up with me the same business day via phone to ensure I received the CC authorization form. My 2 bottle order was well packaged with a molded styrofoam enclosure and arrived safely without damage to either bottle. I am aware that the styrofoam is a bit more expensive than traditional bubble wrap; but I wish that more companies made the investment as it is much more effective.
