James Gin 'Asian Parsnip'
James Gin 'Asian Parsnip' originates from London, combining traditional gin craftsmanship with unique Asian-inspired botanicals. This gin stands out for its distinctive use of parsnip, blended with a harmonious mix of juniper, coriander, and citrus peels, resulting in a complex and aromatic profile.
On the palate, you'll experience a crisp, earthy sweetness from the parsnip, balanced by the piney notes of juniper and a subtle citrus zing. The finish is smooth and slightly peppery, leaving a lingering warmth that is both refreshing and satisfying. This gin has an alcohol content of 40%, adding a robust backbone to its delicate flavors.
Best enjoyed in a classic gin and tonic or as a base for creative cocktails, James Gin 'Asian Parsnip' offers a versatile and intriguing drinking experience. Its unique flavor profile also pairs well with a simple garnish like a slice of parsnip or a twist of lemon to enhance its botanical notes.

James Gin 'Asian Parsnip'
Really good stuff, albeit with a caveat
This is a really great bottle of gin, very very good stuff. I wouldn't even use this to mix, i'll just sip it ice cold from the freezer! I do think it is a bit pricey though, i personally don't think ANY clear spirit should be close to 50 bucks since clear spirits aren't aged... you just distill it and sell it.
New to Gin, and this was really good.
As someone who mostly drinks Bourbons, whisky and scotch this was a new thing for me. I did make the purchase because I am a fan of James May, I chose this bottle out the flavors that were available due to other reviews I saw online. I must say this bottle was quite good, I enjoyed it on the rocks and also with a lemon cucumber sparkling water.
James Gin is the best
Thank you for hosting that event. Would recommend your store to anyone! That gin is the best in the world.
