Cazcanes No.7 Anejo Tequila hails from the heart of Mexico, where traditional craftsmanship meets modern sophistication. This premium spirit delivers a smooth and complex taste profile that epitomizes the art of tequila making. With a rich amber hue, it tantalizes the palate with notes of vanilla, caramel, and oak, culminating in a warm and satisfying finish.

Crafted with 100% blue agave, Cazcanes No.7 Anejo Tequila embodies the essence of its origins. Each sip offers a sensorial journey, revealing layers of aroma that evoke the agave fields of Jalisco. Whether sipped neat, on the rocks or as the foundation for an exquisite cocktail, its versatility ensures a memorable drinking experience for aficionados and newcomers alike.

With an alcohol content of 40% that strikes the perfect balance, Cazcanes No.7 Anejo Tequila is meant to be savored and enjoyed responsibly. Whether shared among friends or enjoyed in solitary contemplation, it invites you to immerse yourself in the tradition and craftsmanship of Mexico's most beloved spirit.

Distilled at NOM 1599 using Tequilana Weber agaves from the Tequila Valley in Jalisco, an area renowned for its rich volcanic soil. The production process utilizes modern techniques, beginning with autoclave cooking at low pressure to ensure consistent and thorough agave softening. The extracted agave juice, obtained through a roller mill, is then combined with natural spring water to highlight the agave's natural sweetness. Fermentation is conducted in stainless steel tanks using only the agave sugars and without fibers, which results in a purer agave flavor. The tequila is distilled twice in stainless steel pots and aged in American White Oak barrels that have been previously used, adding layers of complexity without overpowering the agave essence. This tequila is aerated to enhance its smoothness and is additive free, offering a clean, authentic taste that reflects its meticulous production and heritage.
