Volans Añejo Tequila is crafted in Los Altos, Jalisco at El Pandillo Distillery using estate-grown Blue Weber agave from the Camarena family. The agaves mature slowly at high altitude, delivering naturally sweeter piñas that are stone oven roasted, tahona crushed, fermented with proprietary yeast, and double distilled in copper pot stills before aging in American oak bourbon barrels. Made with a rare blend of rain, spring, and deep well water, this tequila is fully additive-free and bottled at 42% ABV.
On the palate, Volans Añejo offers rich layers of cooked agave, vanilla, caramel, dried fruit, and soft oak, with subtle herbal and mineral notes adding depth. The finish is smooth, warm, and gently spiced. Best enjoyed neat or over a large ice cube, it’s a sipping tequila designed for slow moments and refined agave lovers.
