Villa Sparina is a Gavi winery in Piedmont, spread over 240 acres of which 170 are reserved for the cultivation of native grape varieties dedicated to the production of Gavi and Barbera. The vineyards are located in the hills of Monterotondo, one of the best exposed areas for the production of the Cortese grape.
This shows white stone fruit aromas with floral nuance and hints of fresh herbs. On the palate it's tangy and bright with citrus, green apple and quince, along with floral notes that linger on the finish.
