Suyo No.1 is handcrafted from 100% Quebranta grapes harvested between the months of February and March. It is spontaneously fermented and single distilled to proof in traditional copper stills.
Suyo No.1 is crafted to be a sipping pisco that can also elevate any cocktail. It starts off with fresh notes of citrus and green apple and evolves into a smooth finish with spicy undertones.
