Crafted in Jalisco, Mexico by the independent family behind Paladar Tequila, the Toasted Series French Medium Reposado honors tradition while embracing precision aging. Made from 100% Blue Weber agave harvested at seven years, slow-cooked in brick ovens and fermented in open-air pine vats with wild and proprietary yeast, this tequila is twice distilled in a copper and stainless steel pot blend. It rests in French medium toasted oak barrels and is bottled at 40% ABV.
