Orin Swift Mannequin Chardonnay is a California wine sourced from acclaimed vineyards including Bien Nacido, Laguna Ranch, Loney Ranch, and Rancho Real in the Santa Maria Valley. Aged for nine months on the lees in French oak, with 27% new oak, it develops a luminous golden hue and layered aromas of yellow peach, crème fraîche, and graham cracker.
The palate brings together white peach, Bosc pear, caramel apple, candied walnut, and lemon pith, finishing with a supple texture and touch of toffee. Bottled at 15% ABV, this full-bodied Chardonnay is best enjoyed well chilled, either on its own or alongside roasted poultry, creamy seafood, or rich cheeses.
