Nuestra Soledad Ejutla Mezcal Artesanal hails from the highlands of Ejutla, Oaxaca, crafted by maestros Gregorio and Gonzalo Hernandez alongside Pablo Vasquez Garcia. Made from carefully cultivated Espadín agave, roasted in conical earthen ovens and crushed with a traditional tahona, it undergoes fermentation with wild native yeasts and distillation in a copper refrescadera still for a distinctively bright and complex profile. At 47% ABV, this mezcal captures the rugged character of its mountainous origin.
On the nose, herbal notes mingle with soft citrus and sweet blossoms, while the palate is savory and layered with roasted, medium-spicy chilies. Rich chocolatey and citrus undertones coat the mouth with a silky texture, making it perfect sipped neat or shared with friends over conversation. This artisanal mezcal reflects the joyful spirit of its makers and the unique terroir of Oaxaca.
