Mizu Saga Barley Shochu is a traditional Japanese honkaku shochu handcrafted in Arita, Saga Prefecture. It is single-distilled from locally grown two-rowed barley (67%), black koji rice (33%), and the soft waters of Black Hair Mountain.
Bottled at 35% ABV (70 proof), it offers floral and grain aromas with banana bread, ripe melon, vanilla custard, and a buttery texture. Enjoy it neat, over a large ice cube, in a highball, or with fresh grapefruit and soda. This listing is for one 750ml bottle.
