Mezzacorona Delisa Pinot Grigio Rosé is a Vigneti delle Dolomiti IGT wine made from Pinot Grigio grown in vineyards along the foothills of Italy’s Adige Valley. Mezzacorona notes that the area’s silt and dolomitic-rock soils support aromatic ripening while retaining acidity and freshness. After pressing and destemming, the chilled must remains briefly in contact with the skins to extract its pale color and aromatic components before soft pressing, fermentation with selected yeasts, and rest on the lees. This is a 750ml bottle at 12.5% ABV (25 proof).
The wine’s aromatic profile is fresh and delicate, with red-fruit notes joined by pink grapefruit and subtle floral tones. On the palate, a saline accent and lively acidity keep the rosé bright and refreshing. Mezzacorona recommends serving Delisa Rosé at 46–50°F, a range that preserves its citrus lift and gentle aromatics. The current package uses a copper-toned screw cap and clearly identifies Mezzacorona, Delisa, Pinot Grigio Rosé, estate bottling, and Italian production on the front label.
