Lagrimas Del Valle La Loma Plata is a high-proof tequila crafted from 100% Tequilana Weber agave grown on a single estate in Michoacán and produced in the Los Valles region of Jalisco. Cooked in traditional stone and brick ovens, then distilled twice to 46% ABV, it opens with aromas of cooked agave, citrus, earth, fresh minerals, and cracked black pepper.
The palate is bold yet clean, layering roasted agave, pepper spice, herbs, mint, and subtle floral notes with a rich mineral backbone. Open-air fermentation and tahona extraction give this plata a rustic depth and vibrant character. Best enjoyed neat or with a single cube to highlight its earthy complexity and bright citrus finish.
