La Hechicera Extra Añejo Solera 21 is made from the concentrated juice of the first pressing sugar cane, which is also known as sugar cane syrup. Distillation process takes place in columns and subsequently aged and mixing system traditional floors used to Sherry. This rum is finished in American white oak barrels. The mixture is made from reserve 12 to 21 and its preparation does not include sugar or additives. Pronounced 'etch-ee-seh-rah', the name means 'enchantress' in Spanish.
