Komos Tequila XO Extra Añejo emerges from Jalisco, created from hand-harvested Blue Weber agave drawn from both the Highlands and Lowlands for depth and harmony. Its double-distilled blanco base rests in American oak bourbon barrels, French oak red and white wine casks, and finally rare Pedro Ximénez sherry casks, where layers of fruit, spice, and oak slowly build across years of aging.
Dark fig, raisin, caramel, toasted nuts, and warm vanilla rise from the glass, followed by rich waves of chocolate, cooked agave, and lingering sherry sweetness on the palate.
