The wine is made from selected Rkatsiteli (85%) and Mtsvane (15%) grape varieties grown in Kakheti, in Shumi’s own, soil rich, “Valley of Roses” vineyard. The vineyard is cultivated in the strictly controlled micro-zone of Tsinandali. This light straw-coloured wine has strongly expressed citrus and newly roasted tobacco tones, harmoniously combined with the aroma of tropical fruits.
