This Single Malt Irish whiskey is tripled distilled on a traditional copper pot still from 100% malted Irish grain barley in one Irish distillery location. Originally aged in 200 liter, flame charred, ex-bourbon, oak casks from Kentucky in the USA for 10 years before being transferred into in toasted 250 liter, vintage, Oloroso, ‘Hogshead’ Sherry casks, from Cadiz in the Andalusia region of South West Spain.
