High West A Midwinter Night's Dram Act 14 is a limited-release straight rye whiskey from Park City, Utah, blending rye whiskeys aged 4 to 10 years and finished in Port and Sherry casks. It layers the rye's natural peppery spice with wild strawberry, blackberry, fig, blood orange, cherry, and vanilla.
Rich and complex, the palate unfolds with cinnamon-spiced plum, apricot pastry, coffee, toasted hazelnut, and hickory before a long finish of fruit, chai-like spice, and oak. Enjoy it neat or with a few drops of water to reveal its deeper character, or over one large ice cube for a slower sip.
