Ha’Penny Rhubarb Gin is a small-batch, pot-distilled gin made with 20 botanicals. After distillation, it is proofed to bottling strength with fresh-pressed rhubarb juice. Its name refers to Dublin’s Ha’penny Bridge, reflected in the bridge illustration on the bottle.
Alongside rhubarb and juniper, the producer lists blackberry, lavender, citrus peels, chamomile, coriander leaf, and other botanicals. The producer describes a bright, silky, crisp rhubarb profile, with citrus and botanical spice among the tasting notes.
This Rhubarb Edition is presented as one 750 mL bottle at 40% ABV (80 proof). The white front label identifies the rhubarb expression and shows the bridge illustration; the gold-capped bottle contains rose-colored gin.
