The nose opens with coconut, pineapple, sandalwood, and delicate Japanese incense before unfolding into heather honey, orchard fruit, orange peel, vanilla, and warming spice. The palate is full-bodied yet unexpectedly smooth with notes of honeycomb, cinnamon apple, cocoa, fig syrup, pecan, and gentle oak. Best enjoyed neat in a Glencairn with time to open, or with a few drops of water to reveal its tropical and aromatic complexity.
