Fleurs de Prairie Languedoc Rosé 2025 is a pale salmon rosé made by the family-owned Les Grands Chais de France from selected vineyards across France’s Languedoc region. The blend is 43% Grenache Noir, 40% Syrah, 9% Carignan, 5% Cinsault, and 3% Mourvèdre. Grapes are direct pressed for a light, fresh style, then the varieties are fermented separately in stainless steel before blending. The exact 2025 bottle contains 750 mL at 12.5% ABV / 25 proof.
The producer describes delicate red-fruit and lemon flavors, followed by a subtle tropical-fruit note on the finish. Bright acidity supports the wine’s light-bodied, refreshing profile. Fleurs de Prairie means “wildflowers,” a reference to the flowers that carpet vineyards in the South of France, and the bottle carries that theme through its floral neck label and embossed glass. Serve chilled as an aperitif or alongside fresh fish, summer vegetables, or lighter proteins prepared with fresh herbs.
