Sourced from organic 35-year-old vines, the Rotberger grows in slate and gravel soils at the base of Hochberg Mountain in Neckenmarkt, while the Blaufränkisch hails from Stefan’s hometown. This combination brings out a fresh, expressive character with both structure and vibrancy.
