Dunville's 10 Year Old PX Cask Single Malt Irish Whiskey (700mL) is a 10-year-old Irish single malt from the Echlinville Distillery in County Down. Matured in bourbon casks and finished in Pedro Ximenez sherry casks, it is bottled at 46% ABV without chill filtration or added coloring.
The producer describes aromas of green apple, pear, apricot jam, citrus, and honey. On the palate, orchard fruit develops alongside Turkish delight, light custard, vanilla cream, and raisins, followed by a finish of honey, red berries, and orange peel. The PX finish adds rich dried-fruit sweetness while the whiskey retains bright fruit and citrus detail.
