Dos Gabachos Tepeztate Mezcal is a rare wild agave spirit from Ejutla, Oaxaca, crafted from Tepeztate agave matured for at least 15 years on rocky mountain slopes. After a three-day underground pit roast, the agave is distilled once by Maestro Mezcalero Eugenio Lopez Garcia using a traditional refrescadera, preserving its untamed character and depth.
Aromatic and beautifully balanced, this Oaxaca mezcal brings natural sweetness together with distinctive oak root notes and layers of earthy agave. Its slow-grown character makes it an exceptional sipping mezcal, best enjoyed neat or over a single ice cube to let its wild, complex flavors unfold.
