SIP Certified vineyard in Paso Robles Highlands at high elevation with cool nights and hot days. The grapes were hand picked at high sugar levels but higher acidity to balance, making this a luscious and balanced wine. 30% whole cluster, and partially carbonic fermentation. Additionally co-fermented with 1% white wine must for smoothness and aromatics. The wine was gently pressed after fermentation and aged in neutral French oak for 8 months without racking.
