Chandon Brut Sparkling Wine is crafted in California using the traditional méthode traditionnelle, capturing the character of Northern California’s warm days and cool, fog-kissed nights. A blend of 73% Chardonnay, 26% Pinot Noir, and 1% Meunier, this sparkling wine undergoes secondary fermentation in bottle and rests on the lees for a minimum of 12 months, building texture and finesse. Alcohol content sits at 12% ABV.
In the glass, it shines a vibrant straw yellow with a lively, persistent mousse. Aromas of green apple, pear, citrus, almond, and white flowers rise gently, followed by layers of brioche and subtle minerality. Fresh fruit flavors lead the palate, balanced by creamy complexity and an elegant, crisp finish.
Serve well chilled at 49–54°F as a refreshing aperitif, or alongside oysters, fried chicken, calamari, or creamy dishes. Also exceptional in a sparkling margarita, where its bright acidity and fine bubbles elevate every sip.
