Crafted in the Valleys Region of Jalisco, Mexico, Cascahuin Anejo Tequila is a traditionally made expression aged 14–16 months in American oak barrels, developing its naturally brilliant amber hue without additives. Produced from 100% Blue Weber agave using masonry oven cooking, mill extraction, natural well spring water, and a careful double distillation process through stainless steel and copper stills, this tequila reflects the depth and character behind NOM 1123. Bottled at 38% ABV.
The nose opens with layered aromas of raisins, almond, peach, and roasted golden peanut before revealing the unmistakable presence of cooked agave. On the palate, mature oak and natural wood notes meet rich barrel-aged agave, creating a texture that balances silky richness with a refined dry finish. Best enjoyed neat in a sipping glass or with a few drops of water to unfold its complexity.
