Capi Cachaca is a handcrafted Brazilian spirit made in São Vendelino, Rio Grande do Sul, using just three ingredients: fine sugarcane, deep-well purified water, and yeast. The fresh sugarcane juice ferments for 16–24 hours before being single-distilled in a copper alembic still, preserving its natural character.
Smooth and gently sweet, Capi Cachaça highlights the clean, fresh flavors of sugarcane with an aromatic, subtly rustic finish. Enjoy it neat or chilled to appreciate its character, or use it as the foundation for a classic Caipirinha and other refreshing Brazilian cocktails.
