Firstly, the Amarone Classico has dry tannins that are above all perfectly matched to the depth of the fruit. The wine dissolves in the mouth, as it were. But it still gives shape and direction. Finally, the fruit, typical of the wines of Cà Dei Maghi, fills the mouth with juice. The juiciness in combination with the lightness of the wine make this Amarone so unique. That is why it is well liked by real Amarone enthusiasts, but also by people who usually do not like Amarone.
