Ca' Bianca Brachetto d'Acqui 750ml is a lightly sparkling, delicately sweet red wine from the Brachetto d’Acqui DOCG in Piedmont, Italy. Tenimenti Ca’ Bianca makes it entirely from Brachetto grown in estate vineyards above 1,000 feet on the eastern slopes of Alice Bel Colle. The hand-picked grapes are crushed and destemmed, then cold-macerated and fermented at cool temperatures in pressure-controlled tanks. Fermentation is stopped at the desired balance of alcohol and residual sugar, producing a fine mousse at 5.5% ABV / 11 proof.
In the glass, the wine shows a vibrant ruby-red color and an aromatic perfume of freshly crushed berries. Those berry notes continue across the palate in a lightly sweet, zesty style, with the fine bubbles adding lift and freshness.
