Brucato Woodlands Amaro 750 mL is a California amaro inspired by the live oak woodlands of the coast. Brucato identifies elderberry, cocoa nibs, black fig and citrus as its dominant ingredients. The tree-lined blue and green label evokes the coastal landscape that gives this expression its name. It is a fruit-led member of the Brucato amaro range.
Brucato describes the profile as dark fruits and berries with a distinctly chocolaty undertone and a woodsy bitterness at the finish. The producer links dried elderberry to earthy sweetness and dark chocolate notes, and dried Black Mission figs to deeper, richer fruit flavors.
