Bollinger Special Cuvee Brut Champagne is the house's emblematic non-vintage Champagne, assembled from 60% Pinot Noir, 25% Chardonnay, and 15% Meunier. More than 85% of the fruit comes from Grand and Premier Cru vineyards, while a majority of reserve wines gives the blend depth and consistency. Some reserve wines are held in magnums for seven to fifteen years.
In the glass, golden color and very fine bubbles introduce a layered aromatic profile. Bollinger notes ripe fruit, roasted apple, compote, peach, and spice on the nose. The palate balances structure, length, and vivacity with pear, brioche, spice, fresh walnut, and a soft, velvet-like mousse.
Serve between 8 and 10°C to let the fruit, toast, and reserve-wine character unfold. It is well suited to a relaxed toast, a celebratory pour, or a thoughtful bottle shared at the table.
