Avion Silver Tequila (1L) is a single-origin, unaged tequila made from Blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, at approximately 7,000 feet. The agave is slow-roasted in brick ovens, distilled in small batches, and passed through an ultra-slow filtration process before bottling at 40% ABV (80 proof).
The palate opens with a lightly oily texture and kalamata olive, lemon zest, and fresh rosemary. A hint of pineapple adds fruit while cooked agave and citrus keep the profile bright. The result is crisp and fruit-forward, with the clean structure expected of an unaged Silver tequila.
