Avion Reposado Tequila (375ml) is made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the highlands of Jalisco, Mexico, at about 7,000 feet above sea level. The agave is slow-roasted in brick ovens, distilled in small batches, and the tequila is aged for six months in oak barrels before bottling at 40% ABV (80 proof).
The aroma opens with roasted agave, oak, and vanilla. On the palate, floral notes with cherry, peach, and pear bring fruit around the cooked-agave core, while time in oak adds a mellow layer of warmth. The profile stays rounded and balanced through the finish.
