Arette Gran Clase Extra Añejo Tequila 700ml is a 40% ABV (80 proof) expression made from 100% Blue Weber agave grown in the Tequila Valley. Produced at El Llano in Tequila, Jalisco, Gran Clase spends three years in American oak bourbon casks, developing the depth expected from an extra añejo while keeping its agave foundation in view.
Production begins with agave cooked in stone and brick ovens for 48 hours before roller-mill extraction. Fermentation takes place in open-air cement tanks with native house yeast, followed by double distillation in stainless pot stills with copper coils. Deep well water completes a method shaped by the Orendain family's long tequila-making tradition.
The profile layers peach, citrus fruit, vanilla, and coffee over almond and chocolate notes. Caramel, wood, and vanilla carry through a long finish. Pour it neat in a tasting glass and allow a few minutes for the mature fruit, oak, and roasted tones to open. This listing is for one 700ml bottle.
