Antinori Guado al Tasso Vermentino 2025 is a Bolgheri DOC white from Antinori’s coastal estate in Upper Maremma, Tuscany. Vermentino has been produced at Guado al Tasso since 1996, reflecting a local variety well suited to the estate’s maritime setting. For 2025, vineyard parcels were harvested separately between early and mid-September, then destemmed, gently crushed, and pressed. The 2025 is straw yellow with greenish highlights. Antinori describes flowers, white peach, citron peel, sage, and thyme on the nose, followed by a palate balanced between freshness and savory character.
