Antinori Castello della Sala Cervaro della Sala 2024 750ml is an Umbria IGT white wine from the Castello della Sala estate. The 2024 vintage combines Chardonnay with a small portion of Grechetto and is bottled at 12.5% ABV / 25 proof. Chardonnay received a brief skin maceration before alcoholic and malolactic fermentation in barriques. It was later blended with separately fermented Grechetto, then rested in bottle in the estate’s historic cellars before release.
The 2024 wine is clear straw yellow with light green highlights. Antinori describes pink grapefruit alongside elderflower and chamomile, followed by vanilla, pastry cream, and a flinty note associated with Chardonnay from the estate. The palate is taut and elegant, with toasted almond, white pepper, and ginger supported by freshness and a savory texture.
